I'm really happy to host here today, one of my countryman, who wanted to share with us his 3d model of a modern living room, set in a typical rustic Italian house , restored highlighting in some parts, the original stone structure typical of the Valle d'Aosta . Very beautiful coordination of the colors of the layout, that create an environment very fine.
The 3d model, is done in sketchup 2015 , but available also in sketchup 8 , complete with:
- Vray interior Visopt - all textures - carpet vray Vrmesh materials

Kal�, is a stunning modern kitchen designed and produced in Italy by Arredo 3 which well represents the latest furniture trends for this sector.
Kal� is a kitchen that joins typical elements of tradition with the contemporary settings. To reinterpret classical elements, integrating them with modern technologies as the handle 30� and grip profile system...this is the bet that Kal� is intended to win.

Working through a subtraction of decorative elements, it keeps unchanged typical warmth of old kitchens. A traditional suol interpreted with laminate that perfectly trace the oak matterism combined to innovative materials in glossy and mat laminate and top in laminate fenix.

Due to the interest that has aroused the post that we published on our facebook page a few days ago, we decided to model it in 3d, entrusting the task to Rosanna Mataloni, to which we give our thanks

Italian style, apartment renovated 89 sqm #3 free 3d sketchup model

The apartment was initially consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, a large entrance hall, a living area, in common with the 'dining area, and two small bathrooms, one of which was really very small.
The customer wanted give the apartment a modern impact with the addition of an extra bedroom for studio use, with a bed of emergency, without having to give up a spacious living area.
In addition, he asked that both bathrooms, they could have all the amenities.

And here is the project of Rosanna Mataloni that after two years, we can share with the client's permission. We specify that all the furnishings used here were constructed tailored because being the apartment, part of a building, there were constraints to be respected, for example, the windows, it was not possible to move, close or open in a new location, the central pillar, and 2 load-bearing walls.

Unlike other 3d models shared on our website, this model made ??in sketchup 8, fully textured, are presented without setting render, and is presented with images extracted directly from the sketchup file.
